Sky q minis keep disconnecting

For the last 2 months our sky q minis boxes keep disconnecting.  As soon as one box connects, the others loose connection.  I am so fed up with this I am considering cancelling sky.  It is impossible to talk to anyone on the phone and all the sky web help does is keep sending me new mini boxes!!  The problem persists with the new boxes, so surely the problem must be the sky router or the sky main box?  Anyone know how I can connect to a human at sky?

Hi @8803rick Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, do the same with any Mini boxes?

Hi, thanks for this.  Temporarily solves the problem, but as soon as I reactivate the next mini box, the one i have just reactivated has no connectivity.   I just need to talk to someone at sky.  Anyone know how to get to a human?
