Tv will not change stuck on one channel

Sky tv stuck on U& Dave channel for 3days know .remote will not change any channels or do any thing apart from turn sound up and down . Cannot get in to settings or any thing else to try to change it.

As a short term measure have you tried using the voice button to change the channel?

@Freddy10 Try resetting your remote.
Press the buttons 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes twice then follow onscreen instructions to repair the remote.

if that doesnt work and either @Daniel0210 suggestion doesn't work or you dont have a voice remote if you have Sky go for android or ios then there is a Q remote control on the Sky Go App
