An admin fee for Sky to lend you the box, yes.  (Likely £50)

 

No additional monthly sub as you already have multiroom.

 

(You can have a maximum of 4 mini boxes - but only 2 can only be used concurrently unless you have an old main box that is limited to 1)

Hi @JennyC   You only pay a one off admin fee to loan another Mini box. The Multiscreen subscription includes up to 4 Mini boxes, so no extra subscription costs.
