Problem with Alibi

Hi All, untill a few days i had no problem with Alibi, now i cant watch anything says i need to upgrade and press red button.... i do this and as i thought it says i already have this subscription... anyone help ?

Is this watching live or downloading ?

If downloading have you recently cancelled the HD  add on ?
