Sky q mini box won’t reset stays on amber

My sky q mini won't reset it's talking to sky q box as message comes up on tv screen saying hello etc I've followed instructions and turned everything off then held reset button when switching on when it flashes red and green pressed button but just comes up with no signal on tv
