You don't buy Sky Q boxes or mini boxes. They are loaned to customers. Is this an additional mini box or a replacement for a faulty mini box?

So you've mislaid it somehow? If so you'll be charged for its non return (currently £54).

Hi @Irisdew   First try on your Sky Q box, Home -> My Sky. Second try the My Sky App under TV. Mine shows add Mini box at the bottom of the page. Third, telephone Sky, note telephone numbers are blocked on the community.
