Hi all,
For a couple of weeks we've been getting connectivity issues on our Sky Q mini box in the bedroom and now it's at the point where it's saying to reboot the router then check all Sky Q products are not powered on. We've rebooted the router and made no difference.
Interestingly when I run a lan scanner I'm getting pings of around 1800-2200 to my Sky Q boxes which is why we are getting the error I assume but at the moment unsure as to why.
Anyone else had issues like this?
