Tv shows no signal I have rebooted the mini box several times and nothing gets this working !

Hi Everyone
Thank you for coming to the Community to report the problems that you've experienced.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and can confirm that the original problem has now been resolved.
As many people have found, your main Sky Q box should be powered off at the mains for 30 seconds first, followed by your mini boxes. If you continue to have problems, you can also find from the Community or our help article here.
I'm going to mark this post as the answer, so that everyone has the most up-to-date information.

Hi @Markakyhome
First try rebooting the main Q box and then when this is completely back up and running reboot the mini.
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)
note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.
Reboot the mini as above.
If the mini still does not connect try a Network Reset on the mini.
Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box.
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the main Q box (not the mini as the Network reset will start the mini WPS automatically).
If you are on Sky Broadband and the Router is nearer to the mini than the main box then you can try pressing WPS on the router instead of the main Q box. If you do this make sure you press the Sky router WPS button and not the router reset button.
Failing all of the above you may need a Sky Q WiFi Booster to position midway between your main Q box and the mini and you will need to contact Sky directly.

Guess what I tried all that and no I don't need a booster since the mini box is the unit closest to the router

Mine won't work either. The mini in another oom works fine and the main q box works as well so god knows what's going on it was working yesterday

I have two mini boxes and they have both gone down at the same time in different rooms.
Bothboxes are locked up and the remote doesn't move anything
Just says
Accessibility on Sky Q
New today, you can magnify your screen and some other extras. The screen on both boxes is the same and it's frozen. Tried reset button, new batteries pulled cables out nothing works.
Go to settings > Accessibility

@PAULBARRY31 try the following...
Unpair their Sky Q remote from the box by holding 4&6
Wait for the remote to flash you should then be able to dismiss the information screen by clicking on Skip & set up later
Hold 1&3 to repair the remote control
If 4&6 does not allow you to clear the information screen, try holding 7&9 to reset the Sky Q remote then hold 1&3 and follow the on-screen setup journey to allow the remote to control your TV.

I'd add to below .If you are NOT a Sky broadband user ...still select sky broadband router when asked to connect mini box to network .I am on EE and was ignoring SKy router and selecting alternative....and trying to connect mini box to EE ...you can do it but it kicks off the main Q box.
Select Sky router...and hit wps on Q box.Sky engineer confirmed that instruction to select an alternative router is wrong and caused more issues than anything else.Sky need to change self help instructions and better train phone techs.
Another tip ...make sure eco setting on both boxes are " NONE"...SETTINGS/ SETUP/PREFERENCES/NONE/CONFIRM

Sky mini box not working
Sky Q mini box has stopped working, all I have is a blue screen with Accessibility on Sky Q, with two options, Settings or skip and set up later.
I've tried all of the suggested resets, but it keeps coming back to this screen. Remote will not let me select anything.
Has anyone else had this?

This message seems to have caused a bit of a quirk so try this:
Press & hold 4 & 6 on the remote to set to Infrared only (so must have line of sight of the box)
Hopefully you can then dismiss the message
Then try re-pairing in bluetooth mode with the box by pressing & holding 1 & 3 together
If this does not work try a full remote reset by pressing & holdng 7 & 9 until the red led above the SKY logo button flashes 4 times
Then try the 1&3 to re-pair & pair with the TV

Sky have previously suggested the following...
- Unpair their Sky Q remote from the box by holding 4&6
- Wait for the remote to flash
- Then dismiss the information screen "Skip & set up later"
- Hold 1&3 to repair the remote control
