Sky q mini box not connecting

For the last week I can get my sky q mini box to connect. It keeps saying no IP address obtained. The main box is connected to the wifi with no issues. I've reset everything multiple times but am at a loss as to what to do next

My skyQ mini box had issues with connection to main box. Thought it might just be age as I have had box for some years now, so they sent me a new one. Still had issues trying to set it up. But after I setup network dns to manual and used 8.8.8.8 then I got connection and things seemed to work
