I cannot switch on my minibox. The light is on orange and will not switch to green. Batteries in remote control are fine and all internet throughout the house is fine and main sky box says minibox is connected. There appears to be a fault with the minibox itself, not related to connectivity.

Hi @Roger107 What happens when you use the on/off button on the box itself? I would try turning off Bluetooth on the remote by holding down 4 & 6 until the LED flashes 4 times. It then requires line of sight.
