Sky q freezing
Over the past couple of days our main Sky Q box keeps freezing, either when watching Live TV When it does work and i fast forward it jumps back to the start of a recording Used space for recordings is 70% which is not uncommon. Done the usual reset box. Update software etc but no joy

@Crispy Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

@Crispy I have escalated this to sky they will hopefully pick up the escalation tomorrow
You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.
Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
