Sky q flashing red and ornage

My sky q box is stuck on red and orange flashing on button.  The screen says update 1 of 2.  I've tried turning off the box and rebooting holding down the power button several time but nothing.  I've also rebooted my BT router. Still flashing red and orange.

Any ideas?
