Sky q broke

I was meant to return my sky q box but unfortunately I've got no idea where it is. I've searched everywhere for it!

You're just telling other customers here. If you've been requested to return a Sky Q box and you don't then you'll be charged the non return fee.

Non-return fees are described here:

£135 for a 2TB

£115 for a 1TB

£50 for a Mini

 

Note that if you are expecting a courier swap-out of faulty hardware then that's rather more problematic, as they shouldn't be handing over a new box until they have the previous item in hand.
