Sky q box won’t restart

Q box won't start up 

have tried rebooting by powering off 

gets stuck with 'when the screen goes blank press 🏠 to get started'  - but the writing goes green and is just stuck 

have done this going round in circles

Sounds like a hard drive failure and need a new box. You tried holding down the power button on the box for 20s?
