Re order

Hi can you please re order or re send me a sky Q box please was delivered today was not in and plus didn't release had return the old box as I can't get my apps or record anything thanks

You are talking to other customers here and not Sky support so who was due to deliver the box, a Sky engineer to set it up for you or a courier ?

Sounds like a courier doorstep swap and someone was in the house hut hadn't been given the old box to swap.
