Sky q box will not turn on,

Sky q box will not turn on 1 green light only tried turning off at mains and disconnected from tv for at least 3-4 mins rebooted q light flashes but after on 1 green light tried pressing 7&9 green light flashes 4 times then pressed 1&3 green light flashes  but that's all that happens???

Hi @Paul397 

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.

I've pressed the button to the right of the amber?? Light this then flashes green again I've followed remote no's etc but nothing happening light then goes out thanks for your help though

Don't know what or how but after what must be 2 hours trying to sort,walk away with tv and  sky box showing green light when got back sky menu shown on screen  ureaka thanks for input
