Sky q box issue

Hi

we keep getting glitching while watching tv through the sky box, on any apps or just the sky tv. We've tried the usual turning off, disconnecting leads etc etc but I think it must just be a fault on the box. It's not weather related as it's been doing it now for a few weeks

What kind of glitching? Have you tried a new hdmi cable? Could be a faulty box possibly.
