I have returned my equipment
Had text messages to say return my equipment, this was posted a couple of weeks ago

I assume you mean Sky Q equipment (you've posted in the Sky+ forum).
It's taking around 2 weeks for returns to be processed, so Sky may not yet have been notified. Did you obtain and still have proof of postage? If so, and if you get more texts and messages over the next few weeks asking for the equipment to be returned, let us know and we'll try to get you some help here.
