The satellites are still up there,

 

ensure you've power cycled the box and the TV is set to the right input.

@Scooternbeans Just in case you'e not aware a satellite signal covers the whole of the UK, if it was "off" there would quite literally be 1000's of posts about it.

 

It sounds like the issue is at your end.  Have you rebooted your box?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @Scooternbeans 

No Signal is normally a TV message suggesting that the TV is not switched to the correct HDMI input.

If it was a Q box message it would be No satellite signal.

Is the Q box on with green led ?
