@Alex013 If you've tried the troubleshooting and its not helped you will have to call Sky to request an engineer, be aware though there may be a lengthy wait time as there are fewer installers available than previous years.

You may have a quicker response by employing a local independent installer, this would obviously be at your own cost and would be your only option if you are a Sky+HD subscriber.

I have tried to cancel my sky by email. Could it have been done? No reply to my email request and sent it twice
