Sky multiscreen

I have just renewed my SkyQ subscription,  but I wish to make a couple of changes. I wish to lose Multiscreen and add HD instead. I can't do this through the app as it says I must contact Sky. I phoned them, but right at the end  got referred back to the app. I feel like I'm running round in circles.

Can anyone please give me some pointers.

Phoning up is the best way. I'm guessing it was the automatic system that did its uptmost to steer you away from getting through to a  human?

People have said that one tactic is to say nothing to all the prompts, and then the system eventually - reluctantly - puts you through.

Re: Sky multiscreen

Yep.. you're spot on, it was the automation wot did it. I'll try again and see if I can trick it.

Cheers.
