Just an update. Have just switched the TV on and all apps are back and the minis are back working so all good now. I have had no update about any fix but the back office team have managed to do something but I cannot say what they have done.

Mine was escalated to the back office team last week. Got a message today saying that it was still with them but there was no update.
Returned home and all was sorted but no update to say this or what the issue was.
Happy for you to quote my username to them so they can possibly replicate the fix for you as I believe we had identical issues !

@GXR44 if you don't reply to a message within 48 hours then it automatically closes
I have re-escalated this to sky

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
