All my apps have disappeared from the sky q box, is that the same for you too ?

Well I haven't lost ultra just the others you have mentioned ! All apps have disappeared so can't access any of them !
Very frustrating. Anyway latest forced update hasn't worked and they will be raising it with the back office team

What happens if you use voice control to open YouTube?

Will try when I get home but I doubt it will work as the YouTube app, together with the other apps have disappeared !

@Huddo460 you could try refreshing the apps in the engineers menu
To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu
scroll down to apps > refresh

@Huddo460 it can take up to 24 hours for the refresh to work bit it is normally less

@Laing1 , yes has-been over 24 hours since I first tried, seems like an issue especially if you upgrade from a legacy package like I did. Fingers crossed that they can sort it, we will see. If not then will have to raise a complaint.

Just checked and yes I have lost all of the apps.
I have been on an online chat with sky and it's so frustrating as they all complete the same tests and check over and over again.

@Invisiblename when I try to open YouTube using voice control it says I do not have the subscription to do that !?!?!

@Tom-W19 apparently you managed to sort this same issue out for another community member ( @Painlessjm ) in May last year ?
'worked on the viewing card, refreshing it from sky systems and sorted the signals that get sent to the box' they wrote ?
Any help greatly appreciated

Quick update, have carried out many reboots and hard resets but am still in exactly the same place, One month in and still no further forward, surely someone out there can throw some light on this please?

@GXR44 , have you had the back office team take a look yet ? There seems to be quite a few people who have had this issue. Some have managed to sort the issue by the sky engineer contacting the back office team who have managed to do something but nobody seems to know what they did !
