Sky mini box stuck on amber

I think my sky mini box is faulty, I have tried all the suggestions found on community chat, but just staying on amber with tv showing no signal 

Is there a process of returning the unit for a replacement?

Hi @Heidi+2021 

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on
With the mini box on with green led try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.
