My sky mini box isn't working. I've tried turning off and turning back on, I've tried unplugging and then when plugged back in pressing the reset button but the light just comes on on it but doesn't flash at all not even on red like it says it will do. There's just a constant red light no matter how long I hold the button down for. Can anyone help please or am I going to need a new mini box?

Follow the advice on this Sky help article for your Sky mini box.
If that does not help and it's still not responding, you can order a replacement mini box online with the link in the article.
