Whenever I watch sky max I have to enter my passcode. Why is this ?

hi @Jackielou as @caesarome says, when SKY Max & other channels show certain material before the relevant 'watershed' it will always be present & you cannot turn it off

Do check that all the relevant options in Parental Controls are appropriately set but as I say you may need it for some

Our advice is set the PIN to something like 1111 to help enter it when needed
