I’ve got the message on my TV saying technical fault - Please ensure correct viewing card is inserted with the chip facing up..

Power you box down.  Eject your viewing card, clean it carefully with a soft cloth and reinsert it and power up.

 

If that fails then you'll need to contact Sky.

I've got an error message saying please ensure the correct viewing card is inserted with the chip facing up.
