I’ve got the message on my TV saying technical fault - Please ensure correct viewing card is inserted with the chip facing up..

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out morePower you box down. Eject your viewing card, clean it carefully with a soft cloth and reinsert it and power up.
If that fails then you'll need to contact Sky.
