Sky keeps dropping out

Sky keeps dropping out every day

My Sky is frequently dropping out. It can be ok for a couple of hours and then drop out momentarily for a few times and then for much longer periods. This has been happening for several weeks now.

I think that the box is faulty. It is relatively new having been replaced in the last 12 months.

I can get reception on my computer ok
