Can somebody reset my sky box online as I am Offshore's and don't have access to telephone to call. Vodaphone have said sky needs resetting as it's making my internet crash

Don't know what Vodafone mean by "resetting". There's a "network reset" but I suspect it will end up the same. You could try that.
How is it making it crash? The router locking up or something.?

it's basically just
turning the router off then boosters disconnecting even when I tried to connect with a cable
