I have been trying to speak to someone for at least 4 months. 
can't get chance payment sorted, bill gone up by £20, actually useless!!

Phoneline not  working today.

I want to speak to an actual person!

What's happening when you try? Other customers are getting through.

The lines may be busy but I've never waited more than about 20-25 mins to get through. There's no indication the Customer Service lines aren't working today (the forum would be inundated with posts if it was).

 

I take it your services aren't currently restricted due to a missed payment?

It won't let me change my payment details online- says it doesn't accept my bank card or my account. So every month I've to manually pay.

It said to me that no phone is available today?

I know no one here can fix it. I just was agreeing with above person that the chat help is not fit for purpose.

Are you in the Republic of Ireland? The CS lines there are closed at weekends.
