Unable to generate a returns label via Royal Mail
No luck via the sky return help page. It takes me to Royal Mail where the submit button doesn't work and there's no indication what box is wrong and after a couple of tries there's just a message: "We seem to have a technical problem processing your request. Please try again"
Solutions are welcome, but please don't post a link to the Sky help page.
Thanks
J

Re: Unable to generate a returns label via Royal Mail
Did you not receive packaging and label from Sky?
If you’ve successfully cancelled Sky should send out returns packaging (to the address where the account was active) near the end of any cancellation period (which is 31 days for Sky Q) for any loaned equipment they are expecting back.
If clearing the cache or changing the browser doesn't work call Sky to see if they can email a label for you to print off.
Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

Re: Unable to generate a returns label via Royal Mail
Sounds like you may have a cache problem with your browser.
Try resetting the cache on your preferred browser or try using another web browser.
Or try using an another broadband or mobile connection like 4g for creating the label and see if that helps.
