Free sky movie? Shocker

Thanks for nothing Sky, offer me a free movie for your poor service with Sky Q?  All the films on offer are regularly on Sky Cinema and NOTHING NEW!  Wow, thanks for nothing.........

I had an email saying I could get a free film on sky store following the disruption in may 15th. I followed instructions but there is no where that says my free film. Why is this ?

It wasn't that I did not like your reply. I am just stating my position on the issue concerned. So there we go. If Sky can't be bothered and  i will now reiterate the point. So hey a great and interesting point since I posted on this forum SKY have withdrawn the offer for me so someone from the company is monitoring these forums. Happy days.

Would it help you to know that if you are directing a message to a particular person on the forum - if you press the @ key, a list of people on the thread will pop up and you can select the person from the list. 

I only mention this because when in your post you say - you - I wasn't sure who that was 

What offer did you have withdrawn by the way ? I have never heard of that happen before as a result of posting on here - and I've been on here for well over 10 years

I can't access my sky store gift

Like many others, I received the free movie offer due to SKY outage. The "Your Sky Store gift on us" is not where others say it is located. I have rebooted the box, but it is still not showing. How is this fixed as there is a 31st May deadline and it feels like SKY are stalling on thier own offer.
Suggestions on the solution would be appreciated.

Hey . I have just tried to do this on Sky store . However there is no tile saying ' your free Sky store movie on us' ? Can anyone help with this please

If you go on to your SkyQ menu on your TV, then select Skystore then either Top picks or Featured should show the tile. You may need to look along to the right or down 2/3 rows - but most people do locate it ok 

The tile you are looking for is this. You need to be a Sky Q customer

I’ve received an email following Sky disruption on 15th May gifting a Sky Store Movie. Tells me to click on ‘Your Sky Store Gift on us’ tile to choose movie. I don’t have this tile? Anyone else have this issue/advice on how to rectify?
