Google the list of free movies, such as this

choose a movie you like 

then go to Skystore website, select your movie  and providing it shows as £0 - go ahead

Recieved an email from sky to say I had been given. Free film following o from network issues on may 15 2025. Email states go to sky store and click on free film all I can see is films u have to pay for. Can anyone help please?

Go to your SkyQ menu on your TV

Select Skystore on the menu 

then usually 1,2 or 3 rows down. 

but generally - look around for this tile

I got an email from sky about a free sky store gift on us after recent technical difficulties. However followed instructions in email and there is no option appearing under sky store to claim free movie! Anyone had same issues?

So I have this same problem.  And it is Sunday and the live chat is not available.  Though to be honest I am not sure I have the appetite for going through all the extra hassle anyway .

So, Sky mess up, then offer a pathetic compensation, and then make it really difficult to even accept what they offer by not even making it possible to collect something for free! I despair.

There is no enabling to do providing you are a SkyQ  customer. 

If you go to your SkyQ menu on your TV, then to Skystore, then usually in the first 3 rows (up and down) you will see "top picks" or "featured"

look around for a tile like this (in the photo) and click on it
