@Daisy4342

I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

Free movie from Sky after outage!

I just have to write and say I am so, so insulted by the 'have a movie on us' offered by Sky after the recent outage. I mean Gladiatior how old is that, and the rest, well most customers will have seen them and those that they haven't would never watch anyway. All over several years old. Also very limited choice.

Would have meant something if Sky had offered customers a choice of the latest movies, or money off their bills, even a fiver. But I guess that might have cost them heavens forbid. So far from a sorry and something meaningful for customers all we get given is a limited choice of out of date movies. I am so upset at this insult which just goes to show Sky really do not care about their customers!

Thr pro-rata impact to most customers is minimal.  However, if you believe you have a case call Sky and see if you convince them to offer something else.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@addab

I've moved your post into this thread discussing this issue. Any financial recompense wouldn't have been as high as a fiver based on the length of time of the outage.

I don't know where you were looking but there are a number of 2024 films I an see that are available.

But as has been stated before, any financial reimbursement would about to pennies not pounds.

Free movie due to recent outage

I read that after the recent sky outage, sky had offered a free movie as an apology. I can't see anything on my account so how do I access it?
