Sky fitted 28th march. Had issues with signal, connection and flashing on and off tele

Sky fitted inproperty 28th march. Since signal has been terrible. Keep having to connect to wifi. Screen flashing on black snd off again constantly! Rang sky and they cannonly get an engineer out 12th april! I want an engineer out earlier to fix this issue as i can'T watch tele like this or you stop charging me for tele usuage until 12th alril

@Staceysky86  You're not talking to Sky but to other customers, if you've been given a date for an engineer then that will be the earliest available.  They won't stop charging you until it's fixed, rather they will refund you for any lost days, which you'll need to ask for afyer the issue is resolved.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
