Netflix

Netflix is ok for about 2 minutes but then drops out say a problem has occurred try again later.  Checked all connections and server's 1 and 2 from Netflix,  all good  also connection  speed is way more than needed.  Same problem on all videos and series.  

 

Any ideas other than shooting it .

Hi @Painterkev 

Assume this is on your Q box.

Open the Netflix App and go to the left hand menu.

Scroll down to the bottom and then scroll right to Get Help.

Select this and on the next screen there is an option to reload Netflix.   Try this.

Pulled the power plug for 30sec. 

Seems to be working now.
