My sky hasn't worked since storm Eowyn hit yesterday. I have tried all recommended fixes and although weather has improved service is still down. Does my sky come through my satellite dish or through my broadband?

Sounds like your dish has been blown out alignment. You'll either need to book an engineer with Sky, and the wait for that could be many weeks, or contact a local independent and accept the cost.

Hi @Bruce2
Live TV comes via the dish.
On Demand, Apps and Catch up are via Broadband.

Re: Sky down since storm
Mine also & my neighbours. We are fibre broadband, not satellite based, no lines down, spoke to sky earlier this week, they said they would keep me updated by email. Absolutely no communication from them (5 days later). Their help lines were not getting through yesterday either. Shocking.
