Lost Sky Q Mini Box

Recently moved house and lost a Sky Q Mini Box, we have reported it to Sky and they have marked it as stolen, but everytime we try to order a replacement DPD always want to take something back...which I obviously don't have. After numerous calls and almost 4 months not sure what to do next, as whoever I speak to doesn't seem to be able to solve the issue.

Hi @MoorBen 

Technically if you have lost the box you are liable for the box non return charge.

I would think you are unlikely to be able to order a replacement and instead will have to order a new box.
