If you are referring to external insulation, it's your responsibility to take the dish down or employ someone to do so.  Sky may be prepared to re-mount it, but typically don't like drilling into cladding (and could choose to make this a chargeable call-out as the dish was voluntarily removed)

@Skydish4

Not sure what you mean? Do you have Sky Q or Sky+ and I'll move your post to the correct board.

I've moved your post to the Sky Q board.

So, if I understand your post, you're having exterior work done and you need to have the dish removed. Is this correct and how long will the dish be unconnected?

That's essentially impossible without specialist expertise and equipment.  You could choose to employ a local independent installer (at your own expense) to relocate the dish, but note that scaffolding really isn't ideal for mounting, particularly if it's in use for other work and so likely to vibrate or go out of alignment.

Sky themselves won't provide assistance.

For that length of time Q might continue to function for on-demand purposes without a satellite signal: obviously live broadcast reception isn't possible if the dish is obscured.  Temporary relocation is going to be expensive.
