Why am I getting this message on my TV in my kitchen? Trying to watch Sky Atlantic ?? The content you have selected cannot be played on this device

Are you trying to watch something in UHD via your mini box which isn't possible?

Yes, after spending an hour on the phone with sky looks like the Sky Atlantic programme I was trying to watch (All her fault) is only available to watch if you have an UHD TV....

No - download the HD version.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Not correct.You can't watch any UHD content on a mini box. If you record it in HD you can watch it.
