No, they are likely to charge to fix/replace it.  (Only the Q boxes themselves are loaned/replaced)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

Hi @zebman101   I have seen £65 banded about on this community. How did it get damaged?

The repair/replacement would be covered if you have Sky Protect or may even be covered by your home insurance. That said, I suspect it may by cheaper just to get Sky to fix it than pay any insurance excess.

You could also reach out to a local satellite installer,  but again, you may struggle to beat £65 if that turns out to be the standard Sky charge.

@zebman101Although Sky can charge it is pot luck if they do or not, call them out to fix it, they will be cheaper than an independent aerial installer and will have the correct meter to align the dish and replace the LNB if needed and leave you with a working system.
