I keep getting emails asking to return my old equipment, but I have already sent it

I keep getting emails asking me to return old equipment,  but i have returned it ages ago  and i have proof of postage , and i  rang sky and spoke to someone about this , they looked into it , and said yes the equipment has bee  returned. 

I dont appreciate  being hassled this way over and over.

We are customers on here. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services.


I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team may contact you later or tomorrow.

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
