Sky cinema channels are pixilated

Hi my sky cinema channels are all pixilated, downloads are fine & other channels are good.

Any help greatly recieved.

Usually an indication your dish is slightly out of alignment.  You'll need to contact Sky to get it checked.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Thanks I've already contacted sky & have an engineer appointment. Was just looking to see if there were any fixes that could be done in the meantime.
