Sky cinema asking to upgrade when we already subscribe

We subscribe to Sky cinema and are suddenly getting a message to upgrade the account in order to access channels. It has worked fine for the last couple of weeks until today. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, You might be trying to view content in UHD or HD instead of SD. Do you know if you are currently subscribed to UHD & HD?
