Sky box turns off

My sky box turns off when I adjust the volume. Not all of the time but 2 or 3 times a day. I thought it was the remote so got a new one but it still does the same.

Tried to gwt back in touch but couldnt get the chat icon back. Left the box on for 24 hours and it has not happened again. But this cannoy be a permanent solution.
