Sky package not working fully

Hi I just had Sky tv reinstalled so I could access RTE tv channels 161 to 163 plus be able to record programmes and have live pause yet I have access to none of these can you please advise me what to do Thanks

Who re-installed it? Did you have an existing dish and cabling and were sent a Q box to install yourself?
