Sky Q & Paramount Plus issues

I have signed up to Paramount+ on my Sky Q box, I can sign in okay but when I go to watch something I just get the loading circle and never loads the program or film. Can someone help me fix this problem so I can actually watch something on paramount plus. Thank you!

Hi @JulianW1 .
The only fix to this is
Press Home 
Scrole down to settings 
Highlight Settings - Press 0,0,1 then select(to go to the Hidden menu)
then Scrole down to apps
the Click on Refresh Apps.
