Sky Q says I got harddrive problem and now my mini box not working

Hi @Sianhillard Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

If the problem persists then you will need to call SKY and talk to an advisor about a replacement SKYQ box.

Best bet would be to reset your hard drive on your main Sky Q box.

 

Follow the advice in this Sky help article here;

Then after that has completed, repower your minibox
