Sky VIP offers

I have spent nearly 3 months trying to get my Diamond VIP Offer for 12 months free on Paramount plus with ads I took up the offer in March this year but was disconnected in June multiple calls to Sky have failed to resolve the problem following a complaint to sky many weeks ago not resolved many Sky call handlers have not got any idea what the Sky company has offered VIP customers. Given up on trying to get it re instated and will be leaving Sky TV/Broadband/mobile as soon as contracts are up because of poor customer service

@Dave12900

You are telling other customers on here so you are doing the right thing by leaving if you are no longer happy with the service provided.

Re: Sky VIP offers

In retrospect I regret renewing for 24 months last November my request to leave today via the retention team was met by the threat of how much it's going to cost to leave however I have asked to have my record noted that's it's my intention to move to a competitor asap

Re: Sky VIP offers

P.s I have been a customer for 31 years but being a VIP Diamond customer doesn't mean anything

I'm not sure noting that will make any difference?  (I doubt it will even be noted)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Correct. The VIP 'thing' is merely a marketing gimmick. It creates the illusion that you are somehow better than others. You're not. Sky class every one of their customers as a VIP, ragardless of length of lenure. Someone who has been with them for 4 years can often end up paying less than someone who has been a customer for 24 years for exactly the same channel package. There's little logic to it all.
