Need to move Sky Q external dish cable

Been landscaping the garden in recent months. We've realised that, thanks to a Sky engineer installing our dish cable between our roof and gutter, rain water follows the cable and cascades down the back of the house instead of going into the gutter. Sky was installed several years ago, but it wasn't until we removed the bigb plants below the cable that we realised the issue. How do we arrange to get someone to move the cable please? I realise there may be a cost involved. Not a single local aerial/cable engineer is interested, which isn't very helpful!
